What size should I buy?

How do I place an order?

To order from Theurgy Shoes, select the product you want and add it to your cart, and checkout to the payment page. Provide payment details, shipping address and billing address and complete the purchase to place the order. If you are a registered member, you can also use express checkout which fills out the details for you.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your payment is authorised and your order is completed, you will receive an email from Theurgy Shoes confirming the order placement. You would be provided with the order number and details of the order and the amount you have paid through your selected payment method.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us through support@theurgyshoes.com email and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. 

 
In case we cannot change the address anymore, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will need to contact our courier to request a change of delivery address.
 
When requesting for an address change, please provide the following information:
  • First and Last name
  • Street name and number
  • Zip code 
  • City
  • Country
  • Phone number
Kindly note that this process may delay the delivery time; Theurgy Shoes is not responsible for any delay in delivery due to an address change requested by the customer.
Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders can be changed or cancelled until the package and shipping process start. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us through support@theurgyshoes.com email.We will notify you once we have received and verified your request, and refund will be made to the same method of payment as the original payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank and credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we provide worldwide free shipping. Please contact us if you can't find your shipping location in the checkout page and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. 

What is the estimated shipping duration?

Shipping durations would apply as applicable for the shipping location. We will proceed your shipping within 24 hours and normally you can get your items delivered as the estimatied shipping time below,

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Theurgy Shoes is committed to customer satisfaction. For lost or stolen in-transit items, please contact us through support@theurgyshoes.com email, and we will open an investigation with our carriers. After a delivery is made, we assume no responsibility for lost or stolen items. We do not replace items that are stolen after delivery.

How to track my order status?

You can track your order status with our order tracking page.

(We will send a notification with the order tracking code to you once the code is ready.)  

What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@theurgyshoes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Accessories items cannot be returned, Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping
At this time, we do not provide complimentary return shipping. If a client opts to return item(s) at their expense, the order will be refunded or exchanged upon return to our warehouse.

What is your product warranty?

We guarantee to replace or repair any defect in our shoes within 90 days of delivery. Please be aware that leather and suede are natural materials, so slight discoloration, scratches, or changes in texture may be visible. These small inconsistencies are not considered defects and will not be replaced. Overuse, water damage, stretching, standard wear and tear, scuffing, accidents or alterations are not considered defects and will not be replaced.
